Financial aid for the Learn On Demand program functions a little differently than financial aid for courses on campus or online through Learn By Term. Please contact the Go KCTCS! Student Service Center for more information.

If you have a strong academic record or a special talent, you may qualify for a scholarship to defray your college costs. Unlike loans, scholarships don’t need to be paid back. They’re typically awarded on the basis of achievement or merit rather than need. Scholarships are available from a number of sources, including KCTCS, state governments, and private funders and many have separate processes, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and application forms. Here are some of the options. You may also want to explore scholarship sources offered by your local community or through the web.
